The rarest white kangaroo was born in Russia

The Albino kangaroo appeared in the zoo of the city of Shakhty in Russia.

Specialists find it difficult to name the exact date of birth of an unusual baby, reports GTRK “Don-TR”.

The original weight of the newborn baby dwarf kangaroo was only 1 gram. The baby grew up in his mother’s bag and now actively exploring the surrounding world.

Zoologists note that the number of albinos among the representatives of marsupials is one individual for 50-100 thousand, and their life expectancy in the wild is extremely short: due to the noticeable white color of wool, albinos become prey of predatory animals.
