The shark was disposed of its fishing hook

A trance-induced black-skinned shark got rid of its fishing hook.

Shark trainer Walter Bernardis used a protective reaction from a sea predator to remove a metal tackle stuck in her mouth, reports Daily Star.

British photographer Harry Stone captured the incident in South Africa on video.

A trainer in a diving suit grabbed a 2.5-meter fish and turned it over on his back. Her muscles relaxed, her breathing became even, and the predator sank into a trance. Meanwhile, the man cleverly freed it from the hook.

According to experts, some animals are able to depict death. Such behavior is a kind of protection from danger.
